Center-cut beef tenderloin
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 130 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper and place in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag.
Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for approximately 1 hour. Remove the bag from the bath and remove the tenderloin from the bag.
Pat the meat dry with a paper towel and then season again with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, and then sear the tenderloin on all sides to brown. Allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
