Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

  • Beef Hot Dogs

Directions:

  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 140 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place hot dogs in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  3. Cook for 1 hour. Remove the bag from the bath, remove the hot dogs from the bag, and pat them dry. Serve on warm hot dog buns.
