Pulled Pork


  • 3-5 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast

  • ½ cup barbecue seasoning rub


  1. Rub roast with ¼ cup barbecue seasoning.

  2. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 165 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  3. Place the meat in a vacuum bag, and seal the bag.

  4. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  5. Cook for 24 hours.

  6. Remove the bag from the bath and remove the roast from the bag.

  7. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel and allow it to cool to room temperature.

  8. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).

  9. Rub the other half of the barbecue seasoning, and roast the meat in the oven for 30 minutes until crusty and well browned.

  10. Allow the meat to rest 10 minutes after removing from the oven and then shred into small pieces using a fork.
