1 lb. large shrimp, peeled
1 sprig fresh tarragon
½ tsp. salt
Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide immersion circulator to 131 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Place shrimp, tarragon and salt in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove shrimp from bag and serve.
