• 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled

  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon

  • ½ tsp. salt


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide immersion circulator to 131 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place shrimp, tarragon and salt in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  3. Cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove shrimp from bag and serve.
