Lobster

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails, shelled

  • 2 sprigs fresh tarragon

  • 6 Tbsp. butter

  • ½ tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide Immersion Circulator to 135 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place lobster, tarragon, butter and salt in a vacuum bag.

  3. Seal the bag.

  4. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  5. Cook for 1 hour.

  6. Remove lobster from bag and serve with melted butter.
