Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. thick-sliced bacon

Directions:

  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 145 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place bacon in a vacuum bag and seal the bag.

  3. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  4. Cook for 24-36 hours.

  5. Sear individual bacon slices in a medium-hot skillet until crispy
