1 lb. natural-casing pork sausage
1 Tbsp. butter
Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 150 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.
Place sausage in a vacuum bag and seal the bag.
Immerse the bag in the bath.
Cook for 1-4 hours. Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towel.
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
Sear sausage links in the skillet for about 3 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
