• 1 lb. natural-casing pork sausage

  • 1 Tbsp. butter


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 150 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place sausage in a vacuum bag and seal the bag.

  3. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  4. Cook for 1-4 hours. Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towel.

  5. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.

  6. Sear sausage links in the skillet for about 3 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
