Rib Eye


  • Beef rib eye steak

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 130 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper and place in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag.

  3. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  4. Cook for 2 ½ hours.

  5. Remove the bag from the bath and remove the steak from the bag.

  6. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel and then season again with salt and pepper.

  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet, and then sear the steak on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
