Butter Squash Soup
1 peeled and diced butternut squash
1 peeled and diced apple
1 tbsp. of ginger powder or pureed ginger
4 cups of chicken broth
2 tbsp. of coconut oil to taste
Start by hitting the sauté button on the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker to preheat it.
Add the coconut oil and add half of the butternut squash cubes to it.
Brown it lightly for approximately 5 minutes. Add the remaining squash and add the rest of the ingredients.
Close and lock the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker. Press PRESSURE COOK button and cook for 10 minutes.
When the time is over, open the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker by using the Quick Release.
Puree the mixture in a blender. Serve and enjoy the delicious, healthy soup.
