Cripsy Fish


  • 2 fish fillets

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • ½ tablespoon salt

  • ½ tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Oil for frying


  1. In a bowl, add the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic and toss well.

  2. Dip the fish fillet in the egg and then roll out in the bread crumbs.

  3. Heat oil in the Yedi HousewarePressure cooker and fry fish pieces until golden brown on SAUTÉ mode.
