2 cups rice, soaked
½ lb. beef, boiled, pieces
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 medium onions, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups chicken broth
Heat oil in the Yedi HousewarePressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode, fry onion until golden.
Add the tomatoes, cumin seeds and bay leaf and fry well.
Then add the beef and season with salt, turmeric powder, pepper, and garlic and fry well.
Pour in the vegetable broth and add cumin powder, and cinnamon powder, boil.
Add rice and let it simmer until bubbles appear on the surface, then cover the pot with a lid.
Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes on RICE mode.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
