• ½ lb. oz. tilapia fillets

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Cooking spray


  1. Grease the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker with a cooking spray and place the fish fillets in the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker.

  2. Sprinkle salt on top and dill.

  3. Drizzle lemon juice on top and toss around.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes on STEAM mode.

  5. Then add cream cheese and black pepper and combine. Let Simmer for 2 minutes.
