Honey & Carrot Delight
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup of milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup condense milk
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
4-5 almonds, chopped
4-5 pistachios, chopped
¼ cup sugar
In the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker, place carrots, milk, condense milk, mozzarella cheese, cardamom powder, and sugar and cover.
Cook for 60 minutes on SLOW COOK mode.
Transfer into a serving dish and top with chopped pistachios and almonds.
