Avovado Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 avocado, pitted, halved

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Spray the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker with oil.

  2. Place the avocados in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker and crack the eggs into each avocado half.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on PRESSURE COOK mode.
