Oatmeal Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

· 2 cups complete whole wheat pancake mix

· 1 large firm banana

· 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

· 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the Yedi Grill to 375F and set the cook time to 10 minutes.

2. Finely chop your banana

3. Prepare pancake batter according to package directions.

4. Stir in the banana, oats and walnuts.

5. Pour batter by 1/4 cups onto the hot Yedi Grill; flip when bubbles form on top. Cook until the second side is golden brown and then shutoff your grill.
