• Zest from 1 lemon, grated

  • Zest from 1 orange, grated

  • Juice from ½ lemon

  • Juice from ½ orange

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 4 medium branzino fillets, boneless

  • ½ cup parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes, crushed


  1. In a large bowl, mix fish fillets with lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, oil and pepper flakes, toss really well, transfer fillets to your preheated Yedi Houseware air fryer at 350 degrees F and cook for 10 minutes, flipping fillets once. 

  2. Divide fish on plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve right away.
