Chicken and Pepperoni
14 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 medium chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
6 ounces mozzarella, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano and toss.
Put chicken in your Yedi Houseware air fryer, cook at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes and transfer to a pan that fits your air fryer.
Add mozzarella slices on top, spread tomato paste, top with pepperoni slices, introduce in your air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes more.
