Chicken and Pepperoni


  • 14 ounces tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4 medium chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried

  • 6 ounces mozzarella, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 ounces pepperoni, sliced


  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano and toss. 

  2. Put chicken in your Yedi Houseware air fryer, cook at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes and transfer to a pan that fits your air fryer. 

  3. Add mozzarella slices on top, spread tomato paste, top with pepperoni slices, introduce in your air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes more.
