Fish Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 28 ounces fish fillets, skinless and cut into medium pieces

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 5 tablespoons flour

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 5 tablespoons water

  • 3 ounces panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 4 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise

  • Lemon juice from ½ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried

  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour with water and stir well.  Add egg, salt and pepper and whisk well. 

  2. In a second bowl, mix panko with garlic powder and paprika and stir well. 

  3. Dip fish pieces in flour and egg mix and then in panko mix, place them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer’s basket, spray them with cooking oil and cook at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix mayo with dill and lemon juice and whisk well. 

  5. Arrange fish nuggets on a platter and serve with dill mayo on the side.
