8 shrimps, peeled and deveined
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper to the taste
8 green bell pepper slices
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted
In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, butter, salt, pepper, rosemary and bell pepper slices, toss to coat and leave aside for 10 minutes.
Arrange 2 shrimp and 2 bell pepper slices on a skewer and repeat with the rest of the shrimp and bell pepper pieces.
Place them all in your Yedi Houseware air fryer’s basket and cook at 360 degrees F for 6 minutes.
Divide among plates and serve right away.
