Shrimp Skewers


  • 8 shrimps, peeled and deveined

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 8 green bell pepper slices

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted


  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, butter, salt, pepper, rosemary and bell pepper slices, toss to coat and leave aside for 10 minutes.

  2. Arrange 2 shrimp and 2 bell pepper slices on a skewer and repeat with the rest of the shrimp and bell pepper pieces.

  3.   Place them all in your Yedi Houseware air fryer’s basket and cook at 360 degrees F for 6 minutes. 

  4. Divide among plates and serve right away.
