1 and ½ pounds chicken thighs
2 cups buttermilk
Salt and black pepper to the taste
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cups white flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with buttermilk, salt, pepper and cayenne, toss and leave aside for 6 hours.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with paprika, baking powder and garlic powder and stir.
Drain chicken thighs, dredge them in flour mix, arrange them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 360 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Flip chicken pieces, cook them for 10 minutes more, arrange on a platter and serve.
