BBQ Chicken Sandwich


  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless

  • 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 150 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place chicken in a vacuum bag along with ½ cup barbecue sauce.

  3. Seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  4. Cook for 1 hour.

  5. Remove chicken from bag, reserving liquid, and cool slightly.

  6. Shred the chicken and mix with the rest of the barbecue sauce and the cooking liquid. Serve on warm buns.
