Teriyaki Chicken


  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • ½ tsp. powdered ginger

  • ½ tsp. salt


  1. Set the Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 145 degrees (F) and preheat the bath (water in the cooking pot).

  2. Place chicken and other ingredients in a vacuum bag. Seal the bag.

  3. Immerse the bag in the bath. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove chicken, reserving liquids, from bag and pat dry.

  4. Simmer cooking liquids in a saucepan until slightly thickened.

  5. Drizzle over chicken and serve.
