Corned Beef


  • Pre-seasoned corned beef brisket


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 165 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Place the brisket in a vacuum bag and seal the bag.

  3. Immerse the bag in the bath. Cook for 10 hours.

  4. Remove the bag from the bath and remove the brisket from the bag.

  5. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel.

  6. Slice thinly to serve.
