Sweet Potato Soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 sweet potatoes
2 cups corn
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
Add butter and onion into the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker.
Sauté for 2 minutes. Mix chicken broth into it and stir well.
Add sweet potatoes, corn, salt and pepper, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 10 minutes on SOUP mode.
