Spinach Orzo

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white orzo

  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Set the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode and heat oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add the orzo, spinach, salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Now add the chicken broth, stir well.

  3. Cover with a lid and cook for 35 minutes on SLOW COOK mode.

  4. Add the cream cheese and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
