Peanut Butter Chicken
½ tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. cornstarch green onions for garnishing
Add canola oil into the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker and press the SAUTÉ button.
Mix in the chicken broth with the boneless chicken pieces.
Cook for 10 minutes on POULTRY mode.
Meanwhile, put the peanut butter, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir well.
Add peanut butter mixture into the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker and cook for another 4 minutes.
When done, serve and enjoy with a garnish of green onion!.
