Chicken Nuggets


  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 1 cup oil, for frying


  • In a bowl mix garlic powder, bread crumbs, onion powder, cinnamon powder, salt, pepper and cumin powder.

  • Dip the chicken pieces into the whisked egg and roll out onto the bread crumbs mixture.

  • Set the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode and heat oil.

  • Deep fry each chicken nugget until golden. Transfer to a paper towel. Serve with boiled rice or any sauce.
