2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 egg, whisked
1 cup oil, for frying
In a bowl mix garlic powder, bread crumbs, onion powder, cinnamon powder, salt, pepper and cumin powder.
Dip the chicken pieces into the whisked egg and roll out onto the bread crumbs mixture.
Set the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode and heat oil.
Deep fry each chicken nugget until golden. Transfer to a paper towel. Serve with boiled rice or any sauce.
