Chicken & Broccoli
¼ lb. chicken, boneless, cut into small pieces
1 cup broccoli florets
2-3 garlic cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
2 cup cream
Melt butter in the Yedi Houseware Pressure cooker on SAUTÉ mode and fry garlic for 1 minute.
Add the chicken and stir fry until golden
Season with salt and pepper.
Add broccoli and cream and pour in the chicken broth.
Cook on PRESSURE COOK mode for 10 minutes.
