The Yedi Burger

INGREDIENTS

·   Lettuce, sliced

·   Ranch dressing, as desired

·   ½ packet ranch seasoning

·   ½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese

·   ½ package bacon, diced and cooked

·   4 hamburger buns

·   2 cups of butter

·   2 Tbsp. canola oil

·   4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

·   1 lb. of ground beef

·   1 tomato, sliced

DIRECTIONS

1.     In large bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, cooked bacon and ranch seasoning. Form into four patties.

2.     Set up your “Grill Plates” on the Yedi Grill and preheat both plates to 400F and set the cooking time to 10 minutes.

3.     Place burgers on grill and close it. Cook to your liking.

4.     Just before removing burgers from grill place slice of cheese on top of each patty until it melts. (Keep grill open for this).

5.     Put each patty on bottom hamburger bun and top with lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing. Top with other bun half and serve with fries.
