BBQ RIBS

INGREDIENTS

·   1 jar (10 oz.) barbecue sauce of choice

·   Blackening seasoning

·   ¼ Cup brown sugar

·   Cooking spray

·   Parchment paper

·   2 lbs. of baby back ribs

DIRECTIONS

1.     On piece of parchment paper, use blackening seasoning to fully coat each side of ribs. Then, evenly sprinkle brown sugar over ribs.

2.     Setup your Yedi Grill with the “Grill Plates”. Preheat the lower plate to 350F and set your cooking time to 25 minutes.

3.     Place ribs on the grill.

4.     Use a brush to lightly spread barbecue sauce over ribs.

5.     Allow ribs to cook for 10 minutes on each side, while continually coating sides lightly with sauce.

6.     After cooking, remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
