Yedi Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

·     Sour Cream

· Chive mashed potatoes

· Cooking spray

· 8 flour tortillas (8 inches)

· 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham

· 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat both plates of your Yedi Grill to 350F and set the cooking time to 5 minutes.

2. Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.

3. Cover with cooking spray one side of each tortilla. Place half of the tortillas on your Yedi Grill, greased side down.

4. Spread with mashed potatoes; top with ham, cheese and remaining tortillas, greased side up.

5. Close the Grill and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, around 2-3 minutes.
