Asian Stuffed Chicken
1 whole chicken
2 red chilies, chopped
4 ginger slices
1 yam, cubed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and white pepper to the taste
3 teaspoons sesame oil
Season chicken with salt, pepper, rub with soy sauce and sesame oil and stuff with wolfberries, yam cubes, chilies and ginger.
Place in your Yedi Houseware air fryer, cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes and then at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Carve chicken, divide among plates and serve.
