Salmon Meatballs


  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, minced

  • 1 pound salmon, skinless and chopped

  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped

  • 1 egg white

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ¼ cup panko

  • ½ teaspoon oregano, ground

  • Cooking spray


  1. In your food processor, mix salmon with onion, cilantro, egg white, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano and stir well. 

  2. Add panko, blend again and shape meatballs from this mix using your palms. 

  3. Place them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer’s basket, spray them with cooking spray and cook at 320 degrees F for 12 minutes shaking the fryer halfway. 

  4. Arrange meatballs on a platter and serve them as an appetizer.
