2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tofu block, cubed
1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cups broccoli florets
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 and ½ cup red potatoes, cubed
½ cup yellow onion, chopped
Add salt and pepper to the taste
Mix tofu with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric and onion in a bowl, stir and leave aside.
In a separate bowl, combine potatoes with the rest of the oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Put potatoes in your Yedi Houseware air fryer at 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
Add tofu and its marinade to your Yedi Houseware air fryer and bake for 15 minutes.
Add broccoli to the fryer and cook everything for 5 minutes more. Serve right away.
