Turkey Burrito


  • 4 slices turkey breast already cooked

  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons salsa

  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

  • Tortillas for serving


  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper to the taste, pour them in a pan and place it in the air fryer’s basket. 

  2. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, take pan out of the fryer and transfer eggs to a plate.

  3.   Arrange tortillas on a working surface, divide eggs on them, also divide turkey meat, bell pepper, cheese, salsa and avocado. 

  4. Roll your burritos and place them in your air fryer (place on top of the perforated parchment paper your Yedi Houseware Air Fryer came with)

  5.   Heat up the burritos at 300 degrees F for 3 minutes, divide them
