3 ounces cream cheese
1 egg, whisked
½ teaspoon oregano, dried
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 yellow summer squash, grated
1/3 cup carrot, grated
2/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, carrot and squash and stir well.
Shape medium patties out of this mix and brush them with the oil.
Place squash patties in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook them at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
