Crispy Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken drumsticks

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Minced fresh cilantro, optional

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, place chicken and enough water to cover. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt; let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Drain and pat dry.

  2. In another bowl, mix oil, curry powder, onion salt, garlic powder and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt; add chicken and toss to coat.

  3. Place chicken in the Rotisserie Cage and introduce it to the Oven with the help of the Rotisserie Tong. 

  4. Press the “Wings” setting on the Yedi Air Fryer Oven and the “On/Off/ button to start your cooking. 

  5. If desired, sprinkle with cilantro.
