Peanut Butter & Banana Panini


  • Butter, unsalted, softened (2 teaspoons)

  • Kosher salt (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Banana, large, cut thinly into round slices (1 piece)

  • Sandwich bread slices, whole wheat (4 pieces)

  • Peanut butter, creamy, natural, unsweetened (2 tablespoons)

  • Honey (2 teaspoons)


  1. Set the Yedi Houseware Grill in its closed position to preheat.

  2. Meanwhile, brush each of the bread slices with butter on one side before laying 2 slices on a plate, with their buttered sides facing down. Spread peanut butter on top before sprinkling with salt and drizzling with honey. Finish the paninis by adding on a layer of sliced banana on top and then covering with the remaining bread slices, placed with their buttered sides facing up.

  3. Arrange the assembled paninis on the grill plate at the bottom of the Yedi Houseware Grill. Close and grill for about two minutes or until nicely toasted.

  4. Let the paninis sit on a plate for one minute before slicing on the diagonal into half.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
