Sugar, granulated (2 tablespoons)
Milk, reduced fat (1 cup)
Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
Eggs, large (2)
Flour, all purpose (2 cups)
Baking powder (1 tablespoon)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Vegetable oil (6 tablespoons)
Fill a large bowl with all the ingredients. Stir until well-combined into a smooth batter, then let sit for about five minutes.
Put the Waffle Plates in your Yedi Houseware Grill.
Set the Yedi Houseware Grill to the MAX setting to preheat.
After opening the Grill cover, fill the lower grill’s center with the batter (1/3 cup). Use the heatproof spatula that came with your Yedi Houseware Grill to spread the batter, making sure to keep the waffle edges within half an inch of the grid’s edge.
Once the waffles are done, open the Grill’s lid and transfer the waffles onto a plate.
