Eggs & Steak
Eggs, large (4)
Olive oil, extra virgin (2 teaspoons)
Black pepper, freshly ground (1/4 teaspoon)
Rib eye steaks, boneless, 8-oz. (2 pieces)
Salt, kosher (1/4 teaspoon)
Butter, unsalted (1 teaspoon)
Fit one plate on the griddle side of the Yedi Houseware Grill and another plate on the grill side.
Brush olive oil on all sides of the steak before seasoning with pepper and salt. Set aside on a plate.
Place the seasoned steaks on the heated grill and cook for four to five minutes on each side or until done.
Meanwhile, add the butter onto the griddle side of the Yedi Houseware Grill three minutes after the meat has been cooking. As soon as the butter melts, top the griddle plate with 2 eggs and cook until set. Repeat with the remaining 2 eggs.
Serve your steak and eggs right away.
