Short Ribs


  • Beef short ribs

  • Salt and pepper

  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 Tbsp. butter Olive oil


  1. Set your Yedi Houseware Sous Vide to 133 degrees (F) and preheat the bath.

  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and rub with crushed garlic

  3. . Place in a vacuum bag along with butter, and seal the bag. Immerse the bag in the bath.

  4. Cook for 36 hours. Remove the bag from the bath and remove the ribs from the bag. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel and then season again with salt and pepper.

  5. Cut ribs into serving-size portions.

  6. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet, and then sear the ribs on all sides until brown.
