Banana and Cashew-Chocolate Oats

Ingredients:

·       5 cups water

·       1½ cups steel cut oats
1 banana

·       ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped

·       Oatmeal

·       1 cup cashew milk

·       ½ cup store-bought roasted cashew nuts, roughly chopped

·       ¼ cup cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Except for cashew milk dark chocolate, pour oatmeal ingredients with ½ banana into the Yedi Pressure Cooker.

  2. Press: SLOW COOKER, LOW and set timer to 8 hours. Secure lid.

  3. After the cooking cycle, remove the lid. To release starch, stir in milk vigorously to incorporate more air into oats.

  4. Pour oatmeal into bowls. Garnish with the other ½ banana, the desired amount of chopped chocolate and any desired fruits just before serving.
