1 lb. of veal meat
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
¼ tsp. of sea salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 lb. of fresh and trimmed asparagus
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
6 cups of mushrooms
½ cup of green sliced onions
2 tbsp. of toasted and finely chopped almonds
3 cloves of minced garlic
Plug in the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker and add ½ cup of water or coconut milk.
Pour into the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. of oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the mushrooms and veal meat.
Close the lid of the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker and press the button MEAT mode and cook for 15 minutes.
Once the timer beeps, add a tbsp. of oil and asparagus and set on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Release the pressure.
Add the green onions and sauté for 2 more minutes. Remove the ingredients from the Yedi Houseware pressure cooker and pour over the lemon juice mixture.
Serve the dish and enjoy with a sprinkle of almonds.
