2 tbsp onion soup mix, dried
¼ cups apple cider vinegar
½ cups olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Press the “SEAR/SAUTÉ” key of the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker.
Put the Sirloin steak in the pot and cook each side until browned.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion soup mix, and olive oil. Press the CANCEL key to stop the “Sear/Sauté” function.
Cover and lock the lid.
Press the MEAT/ STEW key, and set the timer for 35 minutes.
When done cooking, turn the steam valve to quick release the pressure. Unlock and carefully open the lid. Serve and add salt and pepper to taste.
