Chicken & Salsa


  • 1 pound chicken breast, skinless and boneless

  • ¾ teaspoon cumin

  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

  • Dried oregano

  • 1 cup chunky salsa


  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste and add it to the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker.

  2. Add the oregano, cumin, and the salsa, stir,  Cover, set the Yedi Houseware Pressure Cooker on “Poultry” mode and cook for 25 minutes.

  3. Quick Release the pressure, transfer the chicken and salsa to a bowl, shred meat with a fork, and serve with some tortillas on the side.
