The Yedi Avocado Waffle Toast

INGREDIENTS

·     1 cup of Aunt Jemina waffle mix

·    ¾ cups of Half and half milk (may be replaced with any milk of your choosing)

·    2 tsp of olive oil

·    1 ripe Avocado Hass

·    3 eggs

·    Sea Salt

·    Ground pepper

·    Paprika

·    The New Primal – Noble Made Hot Buffalo Sauce

·    Ketchup

DIRECTIONS

1.      Mix 1 egg, olive oil, milk and waffle mix in a bowl until all large lumps disappear.

2.      In a separate bowl, blend the avocado with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of peper and 1 tsp of paprika until you achieve a smooth guacamole like texture.

3. Set your Yedi Grill with the Waffle Plates.

4. Choose the “Both Grills” mode and preheat your Yedi Waffle Grill to 400F. Set the timer to 3 minutes.

5. Mix your waffle ingredients in a bowl until the big lumps are gone.

6. Once the grill has preheated, pour the waffle batter into the 2 back sections first until they are covered thoroughly.

7.    Then pour the waffle batter into the 2 front sections until they are covered thoroughly.

8.    Close the grill – make sure to press down firmly.

9. Press “Start”. Once the timer is up remove your waffles.

10.     Spread the avocado mix evenly on both of the waffles and set them aside.

11.      Switch the lower waffle grill for a flat grill. Leave the temperature at 400F and set timer to 5 minutes. (Allow the unit to preheat if needed)

12.      Place two egg rings on top of the flat grill and crack 1 egg inside each ring.

13.      Add a tsp of salt and pepper to each egg while cooking.

14.      4 minutes into the cooking close the top plate on top of the molds to allow the steam to slightly cook the top of the eggs.

15.  Remove the egg rings and with the help of a spatula remove each egg and lay it on top of the waffles.

16.      Serve with a side of Buffalo Sauce and ketchup
