Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus | with Dijon Dipping Sauce - GP

INGREDIENTS

·    12 asparagus, trimmed

·    1 Tbsp. of olive oil

·    6 thin slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise

Dijon Dipping Sauce

·    ⅓ cup of light mayonnaise

·    2 Tbsp. of Dijon mustard

·    2 Tbsp. of honey

·    1 Tbsp. of lemon juice

·    ¼ tsp of salt

·    ¼ tsp of ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

Dijon Dipping Sauce

1. Stir mayonnaise with mustard, honey, lemon juice and salt and pepper; keep chilled.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

1. Preheat your Yedi Grill to 430F and set the cooking time to 5 minutes.

2.     Meanwhile wrap prosciutto slices around each asparagus spear.

3.     Drizzle lightly with oil. Place wrapped asparagus on grill and cook, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crisp. Serve with Dijon Dipping Sauce.
