Sweet potatoes

INGREDIENTS

·   2 Tbsp. of Garlic Pepper

·   3 Tbsp. olive oil

·   4 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1” wedges

DIRECTIONS

1. Setup your Yedi Grill with the “Grill Plates”. Preheat the lower plate to 400 F and set the timer to 10 minutes.

2.     Place the potato wedges into a ziplock bag and pour in the olive oil. Zip close and shake to coat the sweet potatoes in the oil.

3.    Open the ziplock bag and sprinkle in the seasoning. Zip close and shake again to fully coat the sweet potatoes.

4.    Place the seasoned sweet potato wedges on the preheated grill.

5.    Grill the potatoes for 7 minutes per side, or until crispy.

6.    Serve hot with a garlic aioli or ketchup.
