Bacon and Egg French Toasts

INGREDIENTS 

·      6 Bacon Slices

·      1 Tbsp of black pepper

·      4 Brioche Sandwich Slices

·      2 Tbsp of butter

·      1 Tbsp Cinnamon-sugar

·      6 eggs

·      1 tbsp of heavy cream

·      1 tbsp of maple syrup

·      1 tbsp of salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Set your Yedi Grill to 375°F.

2. Coat the surface of your flat plate with butter.

3. In a pie plate, whisk together 2 eggs, heavy cream, and maple syrup.

4. Soak both sides of bread slices in egg mixture and transfer to griddle. Cook for 2 minutes, flipping halfway until egg mixture is cooked and golden. Set aside.

5. Lay bacon on the griddle and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden.

6. Transfer to lower right-hand corner of griddle to keep warm.

7. Crack 4 eggs on top of rendered bacon fat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute per side, or to desired doneness.

8. Lay eggs on top of French toast, add bacon, and then place the other slice of French toast on top.

9. Transfer back to griddle for another minute to warm, sprinkle with extra cinnamon-sugar, then slice in half and serve hot.
