4 big artichokes, trimmed
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
2 garlic cloves, minced
Season artichokes with salt and pepper, rub them with half of the oil and half of the lemon juice, put them in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 360 degrees F for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the rest of the lemon juice with vinegar, the remaining oil, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano and stir very well.
Arrange artichokes on a platter, drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over them and serve.
